Like I said most of the smaller mom and pop closing companies I deal with back east don't really have anything in the way of customer service these are the actual insurance companies that also own the escrow function so there are no attorneys and you have big corporation backing so they can afford to mine this data and give it out..

Instagram works well if your targeting creatives or people with creative/visual mentality.

And Escrow officer is one that works for a title and escrow company in states that are not attorney closing states .. and they function as an attorney..  

One thing I often find helpful for newer investors is explaining the actual strategy and function of assets protection, as you never really know how much is "right."
