I think you are eliminating those who want to stay near the airport to catch a flight by having a minimum 14 day stay. 

That will be your ticket.

Not a bad idea for the AM to also be skimming/reviewing the maintenance tickets in the system for patterns of un-adressed root cause resolutions.

Lenders of all types see it as an easy ticket, which I find hard to see because job security is not a thing really anymore unless you are working directly for the government. 

A plane ticket from CA to just about anywhere is maybe $400.

The thing is flying down can be time consuming and airline tickets can eat away my profits.
