Hi Everyone,I purchased a new-build townhome by Meritage Homes in 2021, during the initial phase of the community development.

After the tenant’s year lease is up, I plan to move out and rent the entire building.

We also have had a longer runway to build out a product that is robust for a smooth experience while having a large enough support team around you to ensure you are quickly helped.

The nicer, newer buildings aren't anywhere close to 82% Something is wacko.

They were issues that did not meet building codes everywhere.

They are easy to build and customizable.

You need to take more risks to build faster in the beginning.
