Manager number 3 promoted me, then a year later, manager number four put me on a performance improvement plan  (PIP). 

I think that's where the city is struggling, they don't know how to promote the legal way to do it, without bringing in more people who are going to do it the wrong way.

What have you all been doing to promote your Airbnb listings during the off season?

The model has options for several forms of financing, short-term and long-term rental, renovation scheduling, an income statement, promote structure (waterfall), monthly and yearly cash flows, and several other valuable components.

Hi @Alexander Metrisin,Thanks for posting in the forums.However, we do not allow self-promotion, and posts looking for real estate agents tend to generate a lot of self-promotion from the agents on the site.We've locked this thread so it doesn't get filled with these posts.

They have done a great job of both up to this point and I think it has worked well for everyone.So there is no cross ownership and we do not share client data with one another or try to cross promote.  

We all get the subliminal advertising that goes on   on   BP  Frank I helped you flush out your new model without the Mods taking it down for self promotion.. however I also see Jim posting his listings on the market place just like any broker would do..
