Banning smokers for bars/ resteraunts IS tyrannical, NO you DON'T have any right to mandate the bar can't choose to have a smoking section because you don't want to be around smoke, freedom means the bar has the right to choose AND you as a consumer have the free right to choose to be in that setting or go to a non-smoking bar.

I don't do this often, I've got one unit, and I've only rented it for 6 years, so I've only had to go through a screening process a few times.I am wondering how much you all look at debt, especially consumer debt (credit cards, persona unsecured loans), car loan debt, student loans, etc.

Fast forward to the pandemic when I was unemployed, I wanted to sell my house to survive but thankfully stumbled upon Rich Dad, Poor Dad which lead me to find BiggerPockets and I’ve been consuming the podcast and YouTube channel ever since.I recently just completed a cash out refi of my house and am looking to start becoming an investor in the great state of Indiana.I’ve pretty much dedicated my whole life to “being able to do everything by myself” but I’ve come to realize that that’s not how life works.

If you value the tenant - do something that will enhance their feeling of security while allowing you the access you need,Have the doors re-keyed / install new locks that you have keys / access to and do not have to be deadbolted from inside.
