In Florida a Gc cannot pull an electrical or plumbing permit unless they are licensed in that trade.

It’s a 1,000sq ft 2 bed 1 bath house with a new chain link fence and new 15x20 shop and comes with 3 large lots with electric/water/gas hookups all clear ready for whatever my wife and I want to do with it(potentially duplexes)..

My problem with 1 account for multiple doors is that when the utilities bill come in, electricity/gas/garbage/water/tax/insurance * the number of property you have, is just too much.

You may be able to create cheap electricity and sell it to your tenants at discounted (but still profitable) rate.If your tenants use electricity, then you have an opportunity to make additional income - $100K - sure - easy.Hope that helps.
