Hello everyone, one of my renters in a suburb of Phoenix, AZ asked me about 3 months(6 months into a 2 year lease) ago if they could get a dog(its agreed to by both parties no pets)and i said "sorry, no".. 

Love BP and been investing for 38+ years - BP is teaching this seasoned dog new tricks. 

The fleas spread to both tenants dogs.  

I think lots of people use Bird Dogs for the simple fact that it allows them to leverage their time to do other business related activities.

My opening line to the seller was along the lines of "I spoke to Russ your neighbor when I was walking my dog and noticed your home. 

No excuse to not pay you , dont they have money for cigarettes cell phones alcohol eating out dog food etc .. geez it’s only been a a couple weeks and they are already planning to stiff you ? 

Some companies don't allow certain breeds of dogs in the property.Bottom line is I would recommend just going with a company you're familiar with and that you trust.

I ran sled dogs for 18 years, and operated a tour business for the last 3 of those years.

Are those dog days? 

Kind of unusual for an army dog (I'm a Marine so just take these jabs in stride).
