Go to creditboards dot com and you will find more information than you ever wanted to know.The real answer boils down to this:  Those AU accounts probably aren't helping your score much right now, and removing probably won't have much impact one way or the other.

Don't worry...you won't feel the impact

Would you mind me asking your opinion on whether or not the quality of school district makes an impact on the quality of renter/ease of obtaining a renter?

I have made the mistake of borrowing for business with Capital One and they put it on my PERSONAL credit report which negatively impacted my credit utilization and, therefore, my credit score.  

This area is a lower income area and again not sure the impact renovated/new apartments would have on single family homes in the area.  

Afterall, I also am a member of Motley Fool, and I'm sure their impact on the NYSE is minimal.

It is impractical to believe you can judge the features and costs along with the impact on your investments with limited experience around the board.  

Nothing wrong with it, but that strategy wont work for me, i.e. buying several properties at that price point and managing them, and their tenants, and being impacted by their tenants lack of job stability, etc.I can probably stomach one sizable issue, than deal with many smaller issues together.

My plan is to use homepath financing or perhaps a 203k for financing (not sure if this impacts answer).
