I am new to investing in real estate and I am considering investing in a condominium in Vancouver, mainly for renting to international students, any recommendations?

Maybe it'll take you longer, maybe it won't...there's no real way to nail down the ROI there because every coach and every student is different so the results are not predictable. 

The last three weeks, nothing has happened at the property and I am anxious and worried that we won't finish by the time the students who I will be marketing to return to the area and are looking for housing.   

I can do this, it is not hard, haha.As far as schools, we had in person school all last year with 2000+ students in the same building.

People like my coworkers and former students need to hear these types of opinions because they don't get them anywhere else as it's not something that "regular" people discuss during a "regular" day. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

Financially, I'm not quite there yet (paying off student loans is still my primary goal), but I want to start learning as much as possible.

One of our properties is in a college town and we are renting rooms to students in a single family property.

I'm currently a university student with no experience in real estate yet. 

While the “public” will technically benefit from deal performance, their ownership is a far cry from democratization.
