Congrats on your portfolio purchase @Sean Mcintire  I have used credit lines cross collateralized by the notes and I have also used partials as mentioned by @Logan Hassinger to recapitalize. 

This was before the lawsuits starting flying and he flew out of the country. 

I almost exclusively refer my out of state/country clients to single families now.

@Bob Prisco the biggest issues in this part of the country... taxes.

Either way I always cross reference the auctions you see online with the actual auctioneers website conducting the auction.
