We intend to continue to expand the business primarily with fix-and-flip properties. and adding rental properties as they make sense.  

In order to keep this simple, let's not make judgments on the current state of the stock market or where it might be headed in the next year or 2 or 5; let's simply assume the commonly touted 7-8% average long-term return will continue ... again just to keep it simple.Thanks all ...

I'm hoping for your feedback with the intention of discovering and validating some of your common pain points (if any at all) in dealing with current technologies.

I'm looking for properties between 90-250k- two units preferably but I would look into pretty much anything if the numbers made sense!  

@John Vo, i go through same calculations... and you are absolutely right... it did not make sense to go through all hassle  of wholesale deal. i purchase all my properties through MLS.

I'm here to learn, network, and try to make sense of this real estate world.

@Mark KelleyAccount ClosedMark, I have not looked at Pittsboro but it seems to make sense based on Chapel Hill getting too expensive.  

It's good to hear that it makes sense. could be a way to build myself up. 

Is this a common practice or should I run like crazy.
