Also looking for opinions on the cloud based brokerages (i.e. eXp). 

So sad, I want to support STR hosts, but some states are unwilling to let people in.

The most important systems we've realized a need for with managing this ourselves would be a housekeeping/cleaning service that would be able to clean and ready the home for the next guest as well as a local host or someone we can have check in on the home, assist guests if they needed someone in person, check over contractor work, etc.

I put a ticket in on TC to allow multiple addresses on one property. From their response, there is currently no function for this.
example:
Property 'A' has 4 buildings with 4 separate addresses:Building 1 address ...

Yes, we use TenantCloud, but there are a host of others. 

I am also ready to build mini storage units on the property but my attorney has been working for four years now to clear up clouds on the title as a result of the business so I can borrow and start construction.
