They can be usefulI find them to be a headache and if it takes them time to come out, that’s bad and then if they charge you the service fee but deny the work being needed then your down a service fee plus it’s not repaired plus it took up time and the tenant is unhappy.Pros and consUp to you but I don’t recommend itSome people do though.

What I know from from looking up some info on YouTube is 1- you look up properties that have been foreclosed on2-Make sure that in auction the price sold a lot higher than what the house used to owe. 3- Contact the old owner of the house and tell them that the county has surplus fund for them ( if it was foreclosed on for $50k and it sold in auction for $75K- $25k belongs to the old owner) 4- by helping the owner get the money that he is owed you can charge a small fee?

@Romeo Kaado how are you im currently planning on attending a real estate class for my liscence,but due to my criminal past im scared to lose my money because the real estate commission is not giving me a sraight answer.My history only consist of drugs distribution,no sex charges,no violence, no theft,no robberies,nore fraud.Will that disqualify me from getting my liscence because i cant really afford to lose 400$
