During the summers, holidays, etc.

Not a chance I'm giving gift cards on some holiday that they may not even celebrate.

This summer they’re just trying to keep the businesses afloat.

In January I purchased a 10% stake of a 15 bed assisted living facility with the intent of a complete purchase during the summer.

If these conditions continue we are gearing up for a crazy summer as sellers realize that they don't need to fear a COVID discount here.   

Because we wanted to get going with investing immediately rather than waiting until next spring/summer, we chose to apply for a loan on primary residence, which allowed us the option to put 5% down rather than the customary 20%-25% required for an investment loan.That does mean we're moving.

I live in NY, but we are moving to Forsyth County next summer. 

Most of my rentals are in Arizona where 80 degrees is common 9 months of the year and 106 degrees is common in the summer.

In college I worked for a roofing company for a summer doing the grunt work and tearing off. 

I suspect COVID will rear it's ugly head all summer and possibly hit hard again in the fall, just in time for elections.
