Should I Buy Real Estate Near Primary or Secondary Residance
I am currently a college student who is looking to get into real estate investing either through BRRRR or conventional single family house renting. During the summers, holidays, etc. I live at home in Pittsburgh. During the school year I live in State College where i go to school. I have two and a half years left in school. For my first property i would like to self manage but don't know if I would be better off getting a PM since I'm not permanently in one residence. I am unsure where I should be investing in my first piece of real estate. Please let me know what you think my best option would be!
