This area is booming both with rooftops as well as commercial however as I said before, there are no available vacant buildings and just about everything in terms of commercial is being built from fresh land.Anyhow, I have been at a standstill for sometime waiting on a potential investor to obtain a project bid on 2.5 acres of land as well as a metal building (shell) however I am at the point where I can't wait any longer on him and I must seek other alternatives.

Once you determine a State that interest you, learn the rules for that State, know whether it is a Tax Lien State/County or Tax Deed State/county, map-out when the Sales are conducted, get an idea from the Tax Collector of the number of properties offered, redeemed, etc.
