Seeking Investor in Tx

Forgive me for posting here, this is my first post and I have not been authorized to post in the Make Deals / Find Partners forum.

I have purchased and been awarded a sports related franchise in central texas, hays county to be exact. For the last 4 months I have been searching for a building that will suit the needs of this business however free standing buildings in this area in need of a tenant are very scarce. This area is booming both with rooftops as well as commercial however as I said before, there are no available vacant buildings and just about everything in terms of commercial is being built from fresh land.

Anyhow, I have been at a standstill for sometime waiting on a potential investor to obtain a project bid on 2.5 acres of land as well as a metal building (shell) however I am at the point where I can't wait any longer on him and I must seek other alternatives.

Essentially what I am seeking is someone who is interested in investing in commercial land and a building for lease - basically land and a build-to-suit, witih me leasing from you on a long term basis.

If any one here can tell me where I might be able to hunt down such investors (maybe within these forums or on an alternative site or service) I would highly appreciate it.
