I finished reading the Beginner's Guide and started reading "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J.

I am a beginner and I need them on my team.

It does seem like a relatively inexpensive beginner's set of tools like that with interchangeable parts and batteries would be a solid first step.

I love the site so far, I've read the beginner's guide and plan on listening to the podcast and reading more of the articles to get started.A little info about myself, I'm 25 and have been working in my parents' small business since I was old enough to work, so I don't have much real estate experience personally, but I'm very eager to learn as much as I can about investing.

It seems that many of his books are great for beginners to intermediate investors but I'm sure experienced investors can find some tid bits as well.

i will admit, i am the type that feels the need to have everything worked out at the start, so it seems a little "off" to approach RE investing in this manner bc its not normally how i approach new things.BUT, it does still appear to be sensible advice, so are the following topics where i need to be placing my focus at this stage (beginner, no deals yet)?
