Hi BP I currently own a triplex in Tucson AZ where I live in one of the units.

I'm witnessing my neighbor go through hell and paying for squatters living in their house and losing money instead of making for 7 months while trying to get these people evicted.

Could you share more information, such as , did you buy it close to where you live, what softwares are you using to automate, are you self managing or have a PM in place for maintenance and bookings and also communicating with guests?

I live in Lehigh (save a ton of money that way) and I also own a single family rental in Lehigh that has great tenants. 

Also, what isn't very well known is that a large number of Dominicans living in the country (especially the capital) aren't poor as the Dominican economy has been booming over the last 20 years.

We took out a heloc from the SFH to get the money down for the duplex which we lived in one of the units.

Many now getting back to live events.

But if the stock market crashes, I still have the rental income coming in to live off.

I will be living in one unit and renting the others out.

I currently live in Puerto Rico ( US territory).
