Hello to the BP community,I am an investor looking for development and/or rehab projects.

Looking to grow to do multiple projects simultaneously, need to figure out how to secure short term capital funding to facilitate this

My main guy went to Mexico for 6 weeks and I need one for a current rehab project!  

I am looking forward to contributing to the forums, especially topics including: financial analysis and underwriting (a class I teach at UCLA), leasing commercial properties, and flipping v. renting (via my former position at American Homes 4 Rent).

I do a lot of work in the Salt Lake City/Davis County Area/ Summit Counties but have also done projects across the country.

I’m not seeking hard money for this project, just don’t see it being cost effective for this project.

The building needs pretty extensively overhauled but my partner is very handy and plans on doing major projects for the building.
