@Gary NorthcuttSounds like you're starting out, and for newbies, when commercial lenders consider loan applications, they always asked for a personal guaranty after they review your personal credit, i.e., good income stream, no bankruptcies, past due loans etc.Having said this, I worked at several lenders earlier in my career.
