We continue to have population growth, good job growth, and new development everywhere.

The general population wants to get paid all this money but typically do not want to do what it takes to get it.

I always request to get a place back for Sept 1 due to our academic population.

@Ben Sherman Houston has more population growth than San Antonio and Austin.

Ask any agent if they work with "X" population (investors, first time home buyers, short sales, whatever) and they will say, "Yeah!

Also, the city as a whole hasn't gained population in about a decade, its not decreasing, just staying the same, but we did just lose a big employer (not downtown however).

Being bilingual is an advantage, she can tackle Spanish speaking population (assuming is her first language) and help PM companies that struggle with the language barrier.    

There are a lot of cash flow markets with stagnant or declining populations and jobs.

The idea behind allowing for an ADU in part is to alleviate the rising cost of housing and or to offset the expense of health care for aging population.
