I just finished talking with y broker and he has informed me that due to covid 19 the 10% penalty for taking your 401k before age 59 has been waived.

So unless you get more specific with the age and amount of work needed, it will be hard to give even a close estimate.

The above individual is making assumptions that it is reliable just based on the age of the car and the car payment so now I’m curious...

And many of these firms are hiring talent of all ages certainly, but in the area of robotics, sciences and other technology fields, a lot of  young urban professionals are coming from CMU and need places to live close to these businesses. 

At my current age of 29 in 2018, my priorities changed from wasting wealth to now building wealth through employment and house hacking.
