All the techniques - assignments, options, double closes, selling LLCs, etc - are just ways to make you a principle to the transaction and avoid the regulations against unlicensed brokering.Like an agent, if you want to be a wholesaler, you have to get out and beat the bushes to find buyers and sellers.
