You are going to be limited to being in an R-H zoned property, in order to be able to house hack by the room effectively.

Seems the dirty little trick and lazy method of debt collection is to report the credit bureau straightaway...I mean why not handle more accounts and collect on more accounts instead of wasting time picking up the phone, emailing, or otherwise tracking me down?

Has anyone had any success with using the BRRRR method in Birmingham?  

I feel like I am missing something here... how can I have so much equity and not be able to access it when this is supposedly *the* method?
