Are you more interested in growing your portfolio, the BRRRR method may be for you, especially now while you can refinance at a good rate. 

I did not do the BRRR method.

Due to the overall nature and competiveness of the market, I've advised my clients to view SFH that contain in-law suites as opposed to 2-4 unit properties that have been receiving multiple over asking offers from cash buyers.

There are plenty of methods to do a single thing. 

As others have mentioned - there are so many ways to get started from house hacking, to the BRRR method, syndications, turnkey, etc. 

But anyways I’m trying my best learning about all real estate investments and Im really taking a liking to the BRRR method.

I’m currently reading the BRRR…method.

@Carlos Ladron de guevara while finding a property to flip might be similar to finding on to use the BRRRR method on I would still suggest to post this in the Wholesaling forum.
