You can ask the property management company what their average turnover number is across all their properties.They would have the best information for you.

Average rental price for units if i would rent is $667 each. 2nd home, 3br 1 ba Townhouse built 1965. aluminum siding, previously attached, now detached burned in fire 2003. completely remodeled after fire, previously had fireplace but deleted and closed shut. hardwood flooring living and dining area, new carpet in bedrooms, possibly need to redo sewage piping and minor. priced at 43,000, taxes roughly 2500 as well, tenant currently pays $830 rent. i appreciate the time to look and help, i have pictures and can get more info if requested for any mentors here, if anyone can assist with any guidance or info at all i would really appreciate that and learn as much as i can!!

Currently, I am looking at comps my realtor pulled for the area and using the average Lease Price Per Sq Ft.

I do not want to count but we own around 20 units, all but one, in San Diego county where the average cost of RE is well over $0.5M.  

The 3rd party fee's can also be very high for CMBS (mostly because of borrower counsel) - Well's has a capped program at $25k which is low compared the industry standard of a $30k-$50k deposit.

However, most investors that try out paid traffic on average will in-fact fail.

Not to tangent , but is this a standard for industry?

The average monthly rental is around $350 (I think, I’ll know more info after meeting with the owner.)I’ve had a few self-managed properties a few years ago, but currently don’t have any investment property.
