First you could check to see how long its been judgements expire in 20 years or each state has its own statute of limitations depending on the debt.

True, the moratorium specifies for inability to pay rent and you will claim that the infraction is not leaving after the lease expires.

So take it for what it's worth, but I would liquidate all of your RE assets and move them to a state that is landlord friendly (sane).You can still follow your 'cause', if you must...just not where you are.

If they are there under a lease and the lease expires at the end of August and you are not renewing it, depending on what the lease says it may automatically renew OR it may convert to a month to month.
