At the very least I think it would be helpful to have a "local" player on your team. 

Google and many other big players in the NYC market have already said they will be cutting back on office space and keep employees working from home.

I now know, always, ALWAYS have a plan B, C, D.

dont know H 2  .. but we all know on BP if you have ever owned in these areas and C D class  .. its a never ending fight.. landlord IE BP member out of state buys their cash flow dream rental..

I would love to see what some of the big players in the area have to say.

Again, I would suggest (if you can not find a conventional lender) to go after private money resources such as those with retirement funds or bank CD's.

CF properties even in the Central Valley have become extremely hard to find, because of how hot the market is - unless you go into the C / D neighborhoods.
