Does that include kitchen appliances, water heater, mini-split air conditioning, kitchen cabinets?

Also if anyone has had luck with a good camera or doorbell system I would love to hear what you've had luck with and was user friendly.Ps: Local police told me there had been another break-in in the area last month and the house was finished and staged and someone wiped everything from the home (appliances, sinks) even the chandeliers, smh!

All New: Plumbing, Electric, Windows, Doors, Water Heater, Flooring Bathrooms, Kitchen Cabinets, Appliances, Counter Tops, Island with Sink and Dish Washer, Laundry Room, Sprinkler System Front and Back yards.

Work in progress - ceiling fans, high hats, crown molding, new stainless steel appliances & tile in bathroom

Now am I responsible for repairs need for those appliances? 

Used appliances and fixtures.

Other projects include; new paint and fixtures throughout, new LVT flooring throughout, water filtration upgrades, new appliances, landscaping, driveway install, etcWhat was the outcome?

I'm thinking I can raise rents by improving the old appliances inside. 

The lease is not a utility, it is for the cost of equipment, as an appliance.
