After my multiple posts on all your help in how-to help on screening and other related rental criteria, I have finally found the tenant who is signing the lease on Saturday!

A relative watched me do this and now wants to do the next one with me.

For the life of me I can't locate anything relating to whether or not a land line telephone connection is a requirement for a LL in my state (Ohio).If this isn't a requirement and we don't correct the issue I can see it being an additional cost to the tenant should they want this service.

I would appreciate help in locating note buying related documents, Note listing agreement, purchase agreement etc. ...

If so, refinancing it will be relatively easier.

A relative was able to tell me the monthly income of the prospective tenant, as there is a language issue and the potential tenants do not speak much English.
