i know your area very well. i lived in hallandale, hollywood, weston for a long time. in fact, i still come down there a few times per year...the worst thing that you have working against you is the time. with just a few hrs after work and weekends, that will be tough. the best thing would be to pay someone to do a good job fixing it up, and another person can supervise while you are at work. but you have to build this into the fixed costs.why dont you rent those homes instead?

Perhaps they were having CSS problems when I looked at the site, but that's no-doubt one of the the worst designed websites I've seen in my entire life...For that reason alone, I wouldn't consider using it...
