First TD with B of A
Second TD with Ocwen
Initial purchase price agreed to by both 1st and 2nd: $450K
Commission Agreed: 6%, split equally
Buyer walks of course (because its been 6 months), in a week there is a new offer of $465K. The entire increase ($15K is allocated to the 1st TD)
Except now, B of A will not agree to MORE MONEY.
