All depends on whats going on, like some people mentioned about an hour invoicing and cashing checks if all is working good.If there is a vacancy, I would say 20-40hrs to clean and paint a unit.Up here in the Northeast folks generally do maintenance before and after winter.

I asked the agent about problems like freezing pipes and she stated the property had frozen so the bank had the water turned off and then had someone winterize it hoping to avoid more damage.

It looks like the bank's property preservation company was in the house in 2008 according to the stickers on all the plumbing fixtures stating that the house has been "winterized" (it doesn't get below 50 here often in the winter).
