Fourplex? Where to find?

Hi everyone,

I am new to real estate investing and I was having a hard time find multifamily properties in many areas. I truly want a fourplex as i believe it will bring the most cash flow. I am just having a hard time finding a fourplex. I mostly see duplex but rarely anything other than that.

I also think I would like to do turnkey investing because I would like to move this winter. Doing turnkey would allow me to keep track of my properties from wherever I am.

Also, what are your experiences witha fourplex? Do they usually come with many problems? Are there any new fourplex that can be turned into rental property? Thanks.
