Re asses yourself, if they Purchased with another Agent either you didn’t do your Job right or you didn’t had that Rapport with client. there is bad Clients too, or another Agent showed them a Value you lacked.I know how frustrating it can be pouring your time & emotions in to the deal.learn from it.

I put in 5-10 offers a week and occasionally one will be good and I'll get a little emotional and I'll give them a solid offer but make it expire soon.

Let's look at this logically and keep emotions and opinions out of it (aren't those two things connected?)

Can't control her or her emotions, not worth the mental anguish trying to figure out the exact things to say and do to make her happy while you are kicking her out of her home.

An emotional investor?

I like to think of the idea that every day, one should do something good for their spiritual self, something good for their emotional self, and something good for their psychical self.

I’ve told them multiple times to leave your emotions and feelings out of it when it comes to upping the rent.  

I always find it so surprising when I ask questions like this it, in some people, elicits such a reactionary/emotional response, in very few, people but still some.

One more tip – people remember stories that trigger their emotions.
