I will probably have a bunch of questions, so I decided to give bigger pockets a try.My formal training is architecture from the University of Miami SOA and received a B.Arch.  

From there, we will be looking to expand and delegate tasks out to VA (virtual assistants), employees or partners.Let me know what you think, tips, advice, red flags, etc.  

I am not sure if that will even work since the program that allows 5% down is meant to be for parents buying a student home for kids away at university and specifically not landlords. 

I am in Canada and looking to start virtual wholesaling in the US looking for some boots on the ground and willing to split 50/50

Has anyone considered or is using virtual property administrators that understand ontario's landlord tenant act?

For those that aren't familiar with Columbia, it's the state capitol and the University of South Carolina is located there.
