My Why -  I want to get out of the rat race and achieve financial freedom in the next 10 years so that I can travel with my wife and play guitar all day!  

Remember, especially in real estate, word travels fast.

This is when my girlfriend and I decided that in order to reduce travel expenses and time away, I’d look into another approach to get my toes wet.

I had two or three months of less than average rentals and one month of no rentals due to Covid travel restrictions. 

I could also have someone live there for free and care take the 4 rooms, leaving me free to travel, etc.   

Traveled to the states I liked, forged relationships for boots on the ground and/or reasonable rate PM.

If it's in the right area, there's longer str options too like for traveling medical personnel, etc.

I have secured a traveling superintendent job of 90k/ year.

How far and frequently are you willing to travel?

Most of them are likely not coming back this fall due to expanded travel bans and health concerns.Covid might be a catalyst for some long term changes of the American Universities, much similar to the potential long-term change it might bring to remote-working.
