Capitalism works in such a way that individual initiative and desire to put capital at risk is what drives things forward, and many of the really beautiful buildings in Oakland (to me) appear run down because that equation has broken down.

Did a good job teaching the basics on a macro overview but then also diving in deep into specifics.

A few points to note:1) Every field out there experiences some form of lack of transparency from either individuals and/or companies.

I'm definitely planning on trading up that equity - but right now this is the fastest way I'm finding to quickly recycle my cash.Sounds like you have a really cool business model that helps out individuals.

I definitely need to find a partner regardless of the help for getting this deal going because I've had a recent argument with the missus of the relationship and I'm pretty much alone on this adventure for FI....I've got time all day at work to listen to the info that I want to gain info and knowledge for helping anyone and everyone who wants to know more as long as the info is in audio format then I can learn it and assist or teach anyone else who wants that info.

So not that I am turning away already but I was wondering if there are any reliable trustworthy groups or even individuals that do multi family managements down in the Fort Lauderdale?

Each of these variables will dramatically change the advice for the individual asking this question.
