Property management In Fort Lauderdale

Hey all!! I have been working with a specific management group for about 3 years now. They are a bit of a mom and pop local group. As of the past year or so the “mom and pop” group has posted a lot of maintenance and repair issues (properties are not old as I’ve rehabbed every unit). So not that I am turning away already but I was wondering if there are any reliable trustworthy groups or even individuals that do multi family managements down in the Fort Lauderdale? I would love to interview them and see if it’s even worth the switch. Thanks for the feedback !!
