Because I am a software developer, I have only ever used it in the API context (write a script and pay for the limited API usage).

I used to use a mortgage origination software called NoteSmith.

I was wondering which software you use to manage your rents, notes, or properties?

I find the most serious ones are the ones that go out fill out the application completely submitting all the paperwork required (and pay the fee if one is required), now that's taking action!

Is there a software program that weighs out all your investing options.

Are there any good STR management platforms (Guesty/Hospitable type software) that manage bookings on the major STR sites AND on Hipcamp and/or other camping/RV site platforms? 

There is a bit of math involved, and some management software will actually do it for you. 

We’ve since expanded, put systems in place, hired our own cleaners, laundry service, purchased our own software management system, and currently have X units operating as top performing listings, and we have 3 more that will be coming on to the market this off season.

Essentially, our Notes require the request to change payment address to be made in writing and submitted to the Borrower's address as listed in the Note by first-class mail or personal delivery.
