As I just graduated and started working a year ago and have just begun experiencing the stranglehold of student loan payments, I still live with mom and dad...hopefully this will change shortly.When my parents first suggested the idea of a two family I wasn't overly impressed with the thought, but as I have done some reading I have only gotten more and more excited about the idea of investing in rental properties.

Hi Kevin, I am not sure your current situation (credit score, own a house or not, etc), but what I personally have done in the past is when I was going to school I borrowed the maximum I could in student loans at low interest rates and purchased a couple of properties.
