Is anyone familiar with the probate process in Birmingham/Alabama.

But on the other hand I think the process and cost of your class monthly brokerage fees and board cost aren't worth it for investors.

Do you know if the lender has filed foreclosure, and if so, how far along in the process they are?

And if approximately 50% of Americans own, then those statistics make sense.  50% living paycheck to paycheck and the other 50% own. 

I don't know if they got caught up in the bidding process or they have a fix strategy that I couldn't figure out. 

because I have never used an online background check service like smart move I assumed that the process online would be virtually identical to the paper process that typical tenant would go through when renting any property.

The tricky part here is the termination of duties(business decision) vs the moving out of the managers unit(tenant termination process).
