@Stephen BagnaniI would look at a few different factors - Cost of living, in particular housing costs and taxes- Amenities, sports teams, entertainment venues, and outdoor activities that you enjoy- Crime and economic health of the region- Weather, do you prefer warm or cooler?

No he just sells his name.. this is marketing one o one sports stars do it all the time its called endorsements.. so these TV dudes are paid for endorsers for the back end offices that do all the work..

You should contact @Richard Gamble on BP - he and his wife have rehabbed several properties about the same size as the house you are purchasing - to me the estimate seems low for a 900 sq foot house.BTW - Just had lunch again at Gus' and it was even better service than before.

@Matt Scott  your being very much a contrarian on how most of the BP investors think and act.most of them their tag line is "cash flow is everything appreciation is gambling". 

Also, many of the homes in the North Richmond area are pushing 100 years old, so maintenance is a gamble.

If you are in a very affluent area there is always a higher per capita storage demand because of storing boats and sports cars.

It could appreciate but I consider that gambling.
