Skip Tracing came into mind and i wanted to get your professional opinion about which one i should use.

From there you can skip trace them to get the owners contact information and you just cold call them to see if they're looking to sell.

There are several skip-tracing companies out there.

I am looking for a system that gives property owner information and can skip trace. 

Until I saw that it was hurting bookings I would defer/skip it.If you are seeing a decline in bookings or could make more with it, then go for it, but I would decline to install one.  

Does Best Skip Tracer have this feature?

I personally generally skip it if the house is 10 years old or less, unless I see other issue that make me think it could be an issue.
