You’ll be astounded how quickly you rent it up by the room to single occupancy professionals.

For example, let's say the going rate of comps within a specific set of Single Family Homes is 350K-$375K.

I've lived here my whole life, am in investment properties every single day, and really know this area well.

Hi,Is it possible to buy a ~1200 to ~1300 small Single Family house in NYC and convert to Legal 2 Family?

Other LLC is just single member (me).
