I would keep things simple and first speak with your original lender who completed the underwriting.

However, the simple economics of it let us know that, to a certain degree, you get what you pay for in inspections like many other things in life.  

Certainly willing to help but the simple answer to your question is above.

I would advise against multiple markets from the beginning due to the simple fact that it gets harder to scale.Hope that helps!

The best use of your time is probably not simple labor intensive tasks that anyone can do. 

@Douglas Mcqueen amazing what some simple flooring and some cosmetic items can do.

And just in case here....make sure your lender knows about condos being "warrantable" and that they can explain this to you in simple terms.

It's pretty simple language.....it basically says the listing agent is entitled to X % when they procure a sale.
