These companies often look for housing on Airbnb and Furnished Finder so definitely list on those sites as well.Once you get your first inquiry, nurture that relationship and think about how you can provide them value and be a problem solver for them.

I can relate, having faced my fair share of VA challenges post-service.

I would suggest doing a trust if possible, as it provides more robust protections than a normal LLC would.

@Jacob PalmerTaking over tenants in a duplex means you must honor lease agreements, transfer security deposits, and provide proper notice.
