Should I analyze the deals separately and put them together or something completely different?

I guess that's what separates the wise investors from the novices - knowing when increase/decrease your growth mode.

A little bit of background it's a property with two separate houses on it one of which is a tiny little 600 square foot house and the main house is about 1,600 square feet.

I have been looking into potential properties in the VA Beach/Norfolk areas, but I am getting close to separating from the military, after which a new adventure begins; likely in the midwest region. 

You used to have to hold the homes in a separate entity from the park itself.

I am going to have separate meters for utilities.

If you are renting out multiple rooms as separate listings does 1 day count as anyone staying in any room? 

Is it possible for 2 individuals to get separate home loans & close in on one house?

I guess my 41K number above would need to consider this amount which would drop it down to about 36k and then utilities are a separate amount.
