It all comes down to the number crunching, as you are competing to buy with some seemingly ridiculous money at times, but persistence and patience pays off.    

The excuses we place on racial groups are ridiculous.

It looks like they dropped the ball on this one, or had ridiculously minimal screening criteria. 

And the response time seems ridiculous too.

I have no idea why the card was rejected, but it's ridiculous to charge the landlord for this fee.

But she knew her husband didn’t get home til 3 hours after she told me I needed to move.. there were also 1 open spot in her “second claimed spot”...Hahahaha trust me alll of this is just ridiculous and it’s all about her claim of territory since she rented so many years.. but she is very rude and despite all the drama that came out of this it’s relieving to know that she’s not just going to cus anyone out that she feels like it when she doesn’t get her way.. she’s been very rude to my family and they put up with it.

I'm seeing some ridiculous increases as well.  

I built my dream home on the lake and lived there for 2.5 years and got a random call asking if I would sell and offered me a ridiculous price.

I think these are some good options for excess income for awesome people like Doctors who work ridiculous hours.

I did it because I don't want to leave my cash tied up in the property for a year and pay some ridiculous interest rate
